This property of the Barons of Bellet has existed for nearly 4 centuries. This last bastion of the commune of Nice, obtained its appellation of controlled origin Bellet in 1941.
The Château de Bellet is composed of a chapel, an estate and a cellar.

You will discover the estate thanks to a range of wine tourism activities which are proposed to you:
Enjoy a guided tour of the estate and walk freely in the vineyards.
You can visit the chapel which houses the shop and the tasting room. Meet the staff at the chapel/shop to get more information about the place. They will take care to welcome you and help you choose your activities.
An intimate tasting will be offered inside their secret crypt. You will be able to taste the wines created by Château de Bellet.

The pleasure of a rare wine and an exceptional vineyard

Located on the hills of Nice, the vines of Château de Bellet overlook the Mediterranean blue. The vineyard benefits from a generous amount of sunshine thanks to its height. The Mediterranean winds and the freshness of the alpine air offer a slow maturation process to the wines.

The vineyard has a surface area of 13 hectares and is cultivated organically. The chateau's land cultivates rare grape varieties for exceptional wines. The Barons de Bellet have chosen to replant old and local grape varieties: Rolle, Braquet and Folle Noire. Rolle is used to make white wines, while Braquet and Folle Noire are used for red and rosé wines.
There are several ranges of wines at Château de Bellet:

• Pleasure wines composed of a white wine, a rosé and a red wine.
• Local wines, with a white wine, a rosé and a red wine.
• Exceptional wines with a white and a red wine.
