Located in the village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, the Florian confectionery is a must for all lovers of artisanal sweets. Founded in 1949 by Mr. George Boyer, it has acquired an international reputation thanks to the quality of its products and its traditional manufacturing methods.
The visit
Enjoy a unique and gourmet experience to discover all the secrets of making artisanal confectionery.
The confectionery's guides offer guided tours of the production workshop, where you can watch the confectioners work live and create the delicious candies.
Observe the different stages of production, from the cooking of sugar syrups in large copper pans, to the shaping of the candies in wooden molds.
