The Florian confectionery is a must of the French Riviera, it perpetuates the tradition by transforming the fruits and flowers of the region into delicious confectionery.

In Nice, on the Port, since 1921, is the Chocolaterie Florian. Enjoy a guided tour of the workshops, a tasting will be offered.

Founded in 1949, this family-owned confectionery has become famous for its traditional sweets, made from high quality local ingredients.

La Confiserie is located in the Old Nice.
Take advantage of the guided tours to discover the history and traditions of confectionery making. Learn more about the history of the Florian family, the origin of the ingredients and the method of making the different confections.
During your visit, observe the confectioners working by hand on the different creations, such as: candied fruits, candies and chocolates.

For food lovers, Confiserie Florian offers cooking workshops to learn how to make local confections and desserts. These workshops are led by local chefs and you can leave with your own sweet creations.
