- Day: Direction St Tropez, along the Maures massif and its various creeks, aperitif in the Canebiers bay.
- Aperitif sunset: walk between the Maures massif and the Esterel massif, anchorage in front of the Lion de Mer island, sunset on the Roquebrune rock.
