Pierre Bonnard, the lover of Cannet

Located in Le Cannet, the Bonnard Museum is currently the only museum in the world dedicated to the artist Pierre Bonnard. Bonnard was a lover of Le Cannet and lived there for over 20 years. During these years, he painted his most beautiful works, more than 300 in total.
Le Cannet was a real source of inspiration for Pierre Bonnard. In particular his house Le Bosquet, where he ended his life. His house was one of the main sources of inspiration for the works depicting the decorations and interior of his house.
