Discover the Renoir Museum in Cagnes-sur-Mer, dedicated to the impressionist painter Auguste Renoir.

Visit the artist's home and his magnificent estate, which has been awarded the Musée de France label. You can also discover his collection of 15 paintings and 40 different sculptures.

The Renoir house and its estate

The Renoir Museum or Domaine des Collettes is both a house and a museum.
Indeed, it was the place where Renoir lived, the place where he lived the end of his life. By visiting it, you will discover his rooms, kitchen, bathroom, workshop, garden...
This house is located in Cagnes-sur-Meron a 2.5 hectare estate with all kinds of trees: olive trees, rose gardens, citrus trees... where you will contemplate a magnificent view on the Haut-de-Cagnes.
You can also discover a collection of exceptional works.

The collection at the Renoir Museum

The collection of this impressionist painter is composed of 15 original paintings and 40 sculptures, furniture, objects, photographs, drawings, lithographs and sculptures:

- Les Cariatides
- Les Grandes Baigneuses
- Coco reading
- Madame Pichon
- La Ferme
- Paysage aux Collettes and the Cagne valley and the baou de Saint Jeannet

During your visit, you will also find bronze sculptures by Claude Renoir.

Workshops for children

During the school holidays, the Renoir Museum offers fun activities in the museum. Thanks to the activities, your children will discover the permanent collection or the temporary exhibition.
On the programme:

- Creative workshop
Children will be able to go home with their magnificent creation!

Guided tour

Guided tours are organised throughout the year to discover this charming place.
- April, May, June and September:
Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm and 4pm.
- October to March:
Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm and 3.30pm.
- July and August:
Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: 2pm and 4pm.
Thursday: 4pm.

Prices & Timetable

Rates :

- Adults: 6 €.
- under 26 years old and Cagnois: free.
- Double ticket (applicable to people wishing to visit the Renoir Museum and the Château-Musée Grimaldi on the same day): 8 €.

Schedules :

- June to September: 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm (gardens open from 10am to 6pm).
- October to March: 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.
- April to May: from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

Closed on Tuesdays and on 25 December, 1 January and 1 May.
