Parking

Park very easily thanks to the 2,200 spaces available in the parking lot. PMR and family spaces are available. Possibility to recharge your car and to clean it (reservation required).

Nursery

For shopping moms, a nursery and nursing room are also available.
Strollers, umbrellas and wheelchairs are also available for loan at the reception desk.
In partnership with Amazon, an Amazon Locker kiosk is available for you to pick up your packages.
An interactive map of the center is available on digital tablets, taking into account your location. 

For the tourists, make a tax exemption

As a tourist, you have the possibility of being reimbursed the VAT, which varies between 5.5% and 20%. To do so, you just have to make your tax refund declaration. There are 2 tax exemptions:

• The tax exemption for a purchase in the same store of an amount higher than 100,01 euros. 
• Grouped tax exemption with several receipts for a total amount of more than 100.01 euros.

In both cases, you will have to go to the reception with your passport. The hostess will give you a single tax-free slip for all your purchases. 

Please note: The grouped tax exemption is only accepted by stores participating in the program, identified by the "Premier Collect" sticker affixed in the store.

Mandatory supporting documents :

• An original valid passport at the reception to prove your eligibility.
• A valid identity card for Icelandic, Liechtenstein, Norwegian and Swiss
• For French tourists living abroad, please present your valid consular registration card.

What are Nicetoile's opening hours?

The shopping center is open from :
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7:30pm
Sunday, 11am to 7pm

How do I get to Nicetoile by public transport or is there a parking lot available?

 

The parking lot is not free, however 1 hour is offered for purchases of 50€ or more. Don't forget to go to the reception before paying the parking so that they can offer you the hour of parking.

The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the shopping centre.

Pets are allowed in Nicetoile provided they are on a leash. 

Greeters and security guards are on hand to provide information and assistance at all times. The reception area is located across from Starbucks, in the center of the building, on the first floor.
