IN SPRING: Preparing for summer recreation

The Easter holidays to fill up with gourmet leisure activities...

March and April: if you like chocolate, now's the time to take advantage of activities and leisure activities on the coast. You'll still have the month of May to eliminate and try to fit back into your pretty two-piece found in one of the boutiques of Nice Etoile.

Right now, Easter is being celebrated in the south of France. In each village, there's a lovely party on the program... for example, "Gourmandises de Pâques" in La Colle Sur Loup, for an egg hunt, face-painting workshops, balloon sculptures and a Boum Party!

At Nice's Hard Rock Café, you can have breakfast with Bunny, in a magical atmosphere.

Sporting activities but without doing sport...

In April, the Tennis Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters in Monaco Europe's premier clay-court tournament, with the world's best players taking part every year.

It's time to don your chicest panama, your Chanel glasses and get up close and personal with your favorite stars of the moment in the VIP box.

A word of advice: no matter how small you are, always look down on people, grey or not, and keep your sunglasses on: with a bit of luck, you'll be mistaken for the girlfriend of one of the hot new tennis players.

It always flatters the ego. For women of the "Miss Emma" type, a little clumsy and afraid of nothing, go and watch the players perfect their service before the start of the matches, shouting "Roger, je t'aime" ("Roger, I love you").

Then ask for an autograph when the games are over and the stars leave the course.

Climb any of the fences to get your favorite player to sign a big yellow ball bought in one of the stores, and you'll be able to see that your man finally has more hair than Nadal and his incipient baldness Ahahah!

And don't forget the Monaco Grand Prix, the Formula 1 World Championship and one of the best-known international sporting events.

For the more courageous, it's time to toil, not TRAIL:

Trail lovers, in spring on the coast, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to leisure activities: Trail des merveilles in Breil sur Roya, Trail de Moulinet in Moulinet (logical!), Trail des Balcons d'Azur in Mandelieu-La Napoule (less logical!), La Virada di Falicoun in Falicon, Trail des Limaces in Blausasc (I think slugs would suit me speed-wise), La Grande coursasse in Cipières, Kilomètre Vertical in Saint-Martin-Vésubie.

That's it! Here's a word of advice: choosing the right shoes is the first step to avoiding blisters and sprains... so forget your running sneakers and run to Avenue Jean Médecin to find the pair that will get you up and down the wild slopes.

Indeed, nature running, or more rarely trail running, is a sport of long-distance running, recreation in a natural environment, typically on dirt roads and hiking trails in plains, forests or mountains. We love sporty leisure activities!

Don't let your two-piece become a minikini once you're on it! Come on, a little effort before the beach!
