On May 3 and 4, 2025, the One&1 race takes place in two stages, with a night camp for relaxation between stages.
The race is designed to take place over two days, with night-time relaxation in camp.
On Saturday, take on the challenge of an epic 43.5 km race with 2,700 meters of ascent and descent. Continue the adventure on Sunday with a second stage of 25.5 km and 1,200 metres of ascent. A weekend of action and breathtaking scenery awaits you!

Concept of the One&1 course
The One&1 edition 2025 took place at Tourrettes-sur-Loup on May 3 and 4, 2025.
It's a 2-stage trail that takes place over 2 days.
At the end of each stage, the first 3 teams are rewarded: men's duo, women's duo, mixed duo.
Throughout the race, runners will discover the Alpes Maritimes as they cross the Préalpes d'Azur. The course offers both sea and mountain views. Participants will pass through emblematic villages: Gréolières, Gourdon, Cipières, Saint-Jeannet...

One&1 course
Stages of the One&1 journey
The One&1 route consists of 2 main stages, separated by an overnight camp:
Stage 1: Tourrettes-sur-Loup - Gourdon
The 1st stage will be run in 5 waves of 40 teams, covering 43.5 km with 2,700 metres of ascent.
The start is in Tourrettes-sur-Loup and ends in Gourdon.
This stage includes a Via-ferrata section at Baou de St-Jeannet.
The route ends in Gourdon, where the bivouac takes place on Saturday evening.
Under the stars, you can relax by the campfire afterwards.
Participants can pitch their tents and enjoy an evening in nature with :
- Massages offered by physiotherapists
- A yoga session
- A good meal
Stage 2: Gourdon - Tourrettes-sur-Loup
After a night in a tent, the riders set off again on a 25.5 km route with 1200 meters of ascent.
Heading for Tourrettes-sur-Loup, the 2nd stage of the race starts in 5 waves of 40 teams.

The Beer Mile
The Beer Mile is open to everyone, as long as you are of age!
But what is the Beer Mile ? It's an unusual relay race that takes place in 3 laps. For each beer you drink, you have to go around the field for about 400 meters. In the third and last round, you run together!
Be careful, each unfinished beer will penalize you by 10 places in the ranking.
Departure on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 5:00 pm, in the Gourdon meadow.

Full price on site: 5€ per person
Required equipment
The One&1 Organization provides you with tents before your arrival.
For the Via-ferrata pack, you must bring specific equipment to ensure your safety:
- Lightweight climbing or ski-mountaineering harness to CE or UIAA standards
- Lanyards with energy absorption system (UIAA128 standards)
- Climbing or canyoning helmet to EN12492 standards

Arriving at the summit, One&1
Mandatory equipment is required for the rest of the course:
- Windproof jacket
- Sufficient water supply (minimum 1 litre)
- Survival blanket
- Whistle
- Phone charged and with race HQ number (provided later)
- Lamp (headlamp or torch)
- Headgear
- Gloves
- Trousers
- Waterproof jacket
Recommended equipment: reusable cup (or suitable container)
Prohibited equipment: single-stranded sticks
Authorised equipment: folding/multi-stranded sticks.
Returnable equipment: deposit in a single bag with a sticker affixed by each participant.
The equipment is not provided by the organisation. You can rent the equipment from the organisation's partner Chullanka.
Registration and fees
To participate in this event, each team must be composed of 2 people.
Price of the competition per team: 330€
Registration is limited to 200 pairs (400 participants).
