History of Jazz
Jazz à Juan is the must-attend summer event on the Côte d'Azur for lovers of music and good times.
Nestled in the heart of Juan-les-Pins since 1960, this festival pays tribute to the great Sidney Bechet and has established itself as one of the oldest jazz festivals in Europe. And that's not all!
The magic happens in the legendary Pinède Gould, with its century-old pines and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Imagine listening to jazz legends - Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald, John Coltrane - or contemporary talents under a starry sky, lulled by the gentle sea breeze.
Every year, Jazz à Juan brings together an eclectic line-up of music to bring the pine forest to life, mixing pure jazz, contemporary notes and unexpected nuggets.
It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy open-air concerts, surrounded by enthusiasts from the four corners of the globe. In short, a must-see event for any summer visitor to the Côte d'Azur!
